Information we may handle
Depending on the service you use, this can include account and contact details, business information, website content, uploaded files, inquiry details, appointment information, approved messages, connection settings, payment status from a processor, support requests, and security or activity records.
Private account records
Business details, approved plans, delivery history, and customer records stay in your private account. Access is checked against the signed-in person and that business.
What the public starting plan stores
The public starting plan is designed to show a package recommendation without creating a customer account. Your private records begin after you create a verified account.
How information is used
We use information to prepare and deliver the service, authenticate accounts, keep each business separated, publish only approved material, route inquiries, support connected features, prevent abuse, recover failures, answer support requests, and improve reliability. We do not need payment-card numbers for the free starting path.
Companies that help us run the service
We may use trusted companies for hosting, sign-in, email, payments, and similar infrastructure. Those connections are only treated as active for your business when they are set up and verified for your plan.
Automated processing
Approved providers may assist with research, writing, design, classification, and customer-response preparation. We limit processing to the task being performed and do not treat generated text as verified business truth. Owners review important facts and claims before publication.
Payments
A connected payment processor handles payment-card details under its own privacy terms. We may keep provider identifiers, plan information, amounts, dates, and payment status needed for billing support and reconciliation, but the service should not store full card numbers.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept while needed to provide the service, meet security and accounting needs, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable obligations. Owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion through support. Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where law, fraud prevention, backup integrity, or an unresolved transaction requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage may be used for sign-in, security, and saving progress. If optional analytics are enabled, they should measure service use without placing private business answers, customer messages, or payment details into analytics events.
Children and sensitive information
The service is intended for business owners and authorized business users, not children. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through public forms or ordinary support email.
Changes and incidents
We may update this notice as the service and its providers change. Material changes should be dated here. If a security or privacy issue affects information in a way that requires notice, we will follow the applicable notification process rather than make unsupported promises about perfect prevention.
Access, downloads, and deletion
Authorized owners can review private records and download copies from their account. Deletion and transition requests are handled through support according to your service agreement and applicable law.

We use controlled access and separated business records. No online system can promise perfect security. If you believe there is a privacy or security issue, contact us right away.
