PRIVACY FRAMEWORK

Information should have a clear purpose.

Private workspace records

Business records, approved scopes, delivery history and customer information are designed to remain isolated to the authorized business workspace. Access is checked against the signed-in account and business membership.

Purpose limitation

Information is used only to prepare, deliver, support, secure or recover the agreed service. The public starting plan intentionally does not retain its selections before a verified account creates a workspace.

Provider boundaries

External services such as payments, calendars, email, phone and hosting are not treated as connected until their exact setup, approval and verification requirements are met.

Access, export and deletion

Authorized owners have private records and export controls. Deletion, retention and transition requests require the final published policy and the customer’s approved service agreement.

Security reality

The product uses controlled access and separated business records, but no online system can promise absolute security. Production incident and support procedures remain release-gated.
