How the managed service works

Written scope comes first

Each customer receives a written, reviewed scope. A starting plan, private preview or workspace record does not create a purchase, recurring charge or obligation to deliver an unapproved service.

Customer control and ownership

Customers retain ownership of their business facts, domain credentials, original uploaded assets and customer data. Access and exports are handled through the authorized workspace and the applicable delivery process.

Managed platform boundaries

Business Made Ready retains its platform, reusable components, templates and operating methods. Live hosting, connected workflows and ongoing care are only available when they are included in an approved service arrangement.

Outside costs and integrations

Domains, payment processing, phone or text services, advertising, provider subscriptions and custom work require clear disclosure and approval before any paid or external action.

Cancellation and transition

Any cancellation, export or migration follows the written agreement, current operational requirements and applicable retention obligations. No page on this site substitutes for a signed agreement.
