How the managed service works

These terms explain the Business Made Ready managed service in plain language. Starting a free plan or opening a private account does not create a charge. Paid work begins only after you approve a written plan.

A written plan comes first

You get a clear written plan before paid setup or monthly service begins. A starting recommendation, private preview, or draft is not a purchase and does not require us to deliver work outside that approved plan.

What you own

You keep ownership of your business information, domain, original files you upload, and your customer data. You can review and download your records from your private account while your service is active.

What we provide

We provide the managed platform, templates, hosting included in your plan, and the methods we use to build and maintain your customer-facing systems. Website, forms, booking, payments, and similar tools are turned on only when they are included in your approved plan and checked first.

Billing and renewal

Ready Start is $49 setup and $59 per month. Complete Business is $149 setup and $199 per month. Both renew month-to-month unless the written plan says otherwise. Taxes, refunds, credits, trial terms, and any unusual setup work must appear in the written checkout or plan that you approve.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business information, prices, claims, images, contact lists, and instructions you provide. You must have permission to use supplied content and connected accounts. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited activity.

Domains and third-party services

You keep control of a domain you own. Domain registrars, payment processors, calendars, phone and text providers, social networks, email services, and other outside platforms have their own terms, fees, and availability. We can prepare and support approved connections, but we do not control those providers or promise that they will never change, suspend, or discontinue a service.

Customer inquiries and payments

A submitted form is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment, accepted quote, contract, or guaranteed sale. Payment processing is provided by the connected processor. You remain responsible for refunds, disputes, taxes, fulfillment, and customer promises unless a written plan clearly assigns a specific task to us.

Automated and assisted work

Technology may assist with research, writing, design, organization, and approved customer responses. You review material business facts and customer-facing claims before they are published. Automated assistance must not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the managed service available and recoverable, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability. We may change the service to protect customers, security, or reliability without removing paid work already owed under an active written plan.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or ended for nonpayment, unlawful use, material misuse, security risk, or a serious breach of the approved agreement. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Data and handoff requests remain subject to the privacy policy, the active agreement, and applicable law.

Warranties and liability

Results depend on your business, market, content, providers, and customer decisions. We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, revenue, uninterrupted provider access, or a particular commercial outcome. Any warranties, liability limits, dispute process, governing law, and remedies should be stated in the final written service agreement and reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial use.

Outside costs

Domains, payment processing fees, phone or text usage, ads, third-party apps, and custom work are separate when they apply. We disclose material outside costs for your approval before those costs are incurred.

Cancellation

Ready Start and Complete Business renew monthly. You may cancel through secure billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid service period. The plan remains active through that date and does not renew again. Managed Partner follows the service term stated in its written order. Your domain, uploaded files, business information, and customer data remain yours. We will help with a reasonable handoff of materials you own according to the active agreement.
